For the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain, Dr. Nosheen Hasan of the Center for Pain Management provides unsurpassed patient care from four Milwaukee-area locations.
Who is a candidate for pain management services?
- Any patient who has suffered from chronic pain that has not responded to conservative treatment for 3 months
- Otherwise healthy patients who do not have chronic pain but have suffered from an acute event that caused acute pain
If you have not already made a pain diagnosis, we will thoroughly evaluate your patient and utilize diagnostic techniques to determine the cause of pain. If you refer a patient with a pain diagnosis, we will recommend a comprehensive treatment plan that may include one or more of the following:
- Interventional procedures including PRP injections
- Medication
- Psychotherapy
- Physical or occupational therapy
- SUBOXONE treatment
Please be sure to send the last 2 notes from your patient’s health records, along with all imaging and medication records.
